IT Project Manager (f/m/d)

The area of responsibility essentially comprises

  • Supporting the operation and further development of our digital system landscape (seminar administration, learning platform, web store and SAP) in collaboration with internal employees and external service providers
  • Ensuring the availability, security and data protection of the systems and interfaces and processing change and service requests
  • Development and implementation of concepts for the further development and optimization of interfaces between existing applications
  • Independent management and collaboration in IT projects
  • Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of our internal IT infrastructure
  • Participation in projects in the field of artificial intelligence and automation

Requirements Are

  • Degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in digitalization, system integration or IT project management
  • Knowledge of automation or workflow tools (e.g. Power Automate) or programming skills (e.g. PowerShell) are desirable
  • Practical experience in dealing with learning platforms or systems for seminar administration is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of modern AI technologies and their possible applications
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
