Dein angesteuertes Ziel

  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von AIDA Cruise & Help inkl. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten, Koordination aller Projektaktivitäten, professionelle interne und externe Kommunikation sowie Optimierung der Spendenprozesse in enger Abstimmung mit dem Schiffsmanagement
  • Bereichsübergreifende Planung, Organisation und Kommunikation saisonaler Themenschwerpunkte an Bord
  • Konzeption und Steuerung von Gästeformaten & Celebration- Akktionen sowie Organisation von Dekorationen, Lieferungen, Inventuren etc. und deren Budget- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Planung, Organisation und eigenständige Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender saisonaler Veranstaltungen in dt. Häfen
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Entwicklung des Programms "Barrierefreies Reisen" an Bord
  • Neuausrichtung der Hochzeitsangebote und Kooperationen in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Fachbereichen und Agenturen
  • Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung unserer Celebration Pakete

Dein bisheriger Kurs

  • Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich sowie praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Marketing oder Kommunikation idealerweise an Bord eines Kreuzfahrtschiffs
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement und -planung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kreativität und Kommunikationsstärke
