OT Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated OT Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting operational projects as well as managing cross-project topics and inter-divisional communication.
Ideally, you have knowledge of general project workflows and an active approach to identifying and coordinating arising issues is just as important as strong communication skills. 

YOUR TASKS

• Coordination of projects within the P&OT (Project & Operational Technology) department and others
• Managing cross-divisional communication to ensure smooth project transitions
• Handling projects in Teamcenter, Excel, and internal Nordex systems
• Communication with suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
• Team player with bias for action, motivation, and strong organizational skills
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Resilience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• English (spoken and written), German
