Working Student

YOUR TASKS

As a Working Student in the Global Sourcing Indirects team, you will actively contribute to the management and optimisation of Nordex's indirect spend categories while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing operations and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, international environment.

You will support day-to-day sourcing operations, data management, and supplier processes, while also taking ownership of selected mini-projects with guidance from our Strategic Buyers.

• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and compliance activities
• Document NDAs, Codes of Conduct, and supplier master data
• Prepare spend analyses, market overviews, and supplier performance reports
• Assist in sourcing projects such as RFQ preparation, benchmarking, and cost analysis
• Help review and renew framework agreements and track contract status
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and local Procurement teams
• Contribute to data cleansing and harmonisation in SAP, SRM, and PowerBI

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled student (m/w/d) in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus
• Availability to work from our office in Hamburg or Rostock is required
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Reliable, well-organised, and eager to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable working in international and cross-functional teams
• Interested in procurement, sustainability, and digitalisation
