To strengthen our
Supply Chain team in Aachen
, we are looking for an experienced logistics and customs professional to take ownership of managing our external logistics service provider (3PL) and overseeing customs operations across Europe.

This is
a newly created role
offering the opportunity to actively shape processes and drive improvements. We are seeking someone with solid expertise in international logistics coordination and customs compliance, ideally with hands-on experience in working with 3PL partners and navigating import/export regulations across European and LATAM markets.

What You´ll Be Working On

  • Act as the main tactical and operational contact for our external warehouse partner (3PL)
  • Coordinate product and invoice flows in SAP, manage complaints, and monitor inventory
  • Oversee transport management through to final customer delivery
  • Track warehouse performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage all import/export processes and customs documentation for Europe
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping documents and long-term tax records
  • Handle customs clearance for LPCA and collaborate with customs brokers
  • Support the development of new end-to-end logistics processes in Europe and LATAM
  • Conduct cost analyses and monitor budget vs. actuals (IWD)
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Customer Service Desk and contribute to improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Vocational training in logistics or customs management with several years of experience
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination and working with 3PL providers
  • Solid understanding of warehouse, shipping, and transportation processes
  • Expertise in customs management and clearance (import/export), ideally certified as a customs specialist
  • Proficient in SAP (MM and SD modules), especially in goods postings, invoicing, and inventory
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to act on performance deviations
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style—even in complex situations
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English (fluent)
    and
    German (minimum B2 level)
