Specialist Product Engineering (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
Sie erstellen und pflegen technische Dokumente wie Montageanleitungen, Stücklisten und Etiketten und bereiten Produktänderungen im ERP-System auf. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und sichern unsere Qualitätsstandards – von bestehenden Produkten bis hin zu Neuentwicklungen.
- Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Produktanpassungen
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen (z. B. Stücklisten, Montageanleitungen, Packlisten, Etiketten)
- Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung
- Eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Durchführung von Aufgaben, z. B. im Rahmen von PLM-Projekten
- Montage von Produkten in verschiedenen Prozessschritten
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und technischen Beanstandungen
- Schulung neuer Mitarbeitender im Umgang mit unseren Produkten
- Technischer Ansprechpartner bei spezifischen Fragestellungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung
Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (von Vorteil mit Handwerkserfahrung) oder Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- Kenntnisse der vorhandenen Produkte und den jeweiligen Anwendungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Dokumentationssoftware (SMC, Word, PowerPoint) und CAD-Tools
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
