Please note that for this role, C2-level proficiency in Dutch is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.
What you will do
- Be our first Account Executive for the Netherlands. Build the foundation for future growth
- Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion
- Build strong relationships with B2B clients like solar and heatpump installers (SMBs)
- Run demos, close deals and be hands on wherever needed
- Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to sharpen our approach.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (3+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups
- Knowledge of the Netherlands sales and go-to-market dynamics
- Passion for innovation in renewable energy
- Strong closer with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments
- Excellent Dutch (C2) and English communication and presentation skills
