Wir suchen ab sofort einen Data Work Package Lead – Reporting, BI & Analytics im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für den Einsatz bei einem unserer Kunden aus der Luftfahrtbranche.

Als Data Work Package Lead – Reporting, BI & Analytics übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Steuerung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Business-Intelligence- und Reporting-Lösungen. Sie verbinden technisches Know-how mit Projektmanagement-Kompetenz und sorgen für eine effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Bereitstellung von Daten, Reports und Analysen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für das gesamte Work Package im Bereich Reporting, Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Koordination und Priorisierung mehrerer paralleler Reporting- und Datenlieferstreams
  • Steuerung von Abhängigkeiten zwischen technischen und fachlichen Projekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams aus IT, Data Engineering, Business und Management
  • Planung und Überwachung von Report-Migrations- und Anpassungsprojekten, inklusive Sicherstellung der fachlichen und technischen Konsistenz
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Datenpipelines, ETL-/ELT-Prozessen, Data Modeling und Data Warehousing
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität, Integrität und Verfügbarkeit von Daten in BI-Systemen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Dashboards, Reports und Analysen (Tableau bevorzugt)
  • Dokumentation von Anforderungen, Prozessen und Architekturentscheidungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Hands-on-Erfahrung mit: ETL-/ELT-Prozessen, Datenmodellierung und Data Warehousing, BI-Tools – idealerweise Tableau und Tableau Prep und SQL und relationalen Datenbanken
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Leitung von Daten- oder BI-Projekten
  • Stark ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Koordination und Priorisierung paralleler Aufgaben
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Vertrautheit mit Reporting-Migrationen und Anpassungen sowie der Sicherstellung fachlicher Konsistenz
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit in Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Airline-Branche sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Revenue Management oder Network Management
