About The Job
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology & Transformation Officer (m/f/d) - CIO of the Year 2021, European Digital Leader of the Year 2022, Leader behind Allianz R&D Hub you are on the front line of Allianz's technology and AI transformation. You turn complex, high-stakes topics into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. Together with the secretariat, you keep the Executive Board office running at pace and ensure the CTO's agenda is executed across the organization.

You will work on strategic, future-critical initiatives that land directly on the CTO's desk: AI platform and agentic use cases, developer productivity at scale, data and cloud modernization, cybersecurity posture, and ecosystem collaborations with leading technology partners. The role blends analysis, decision enablement, and hands-on execution in a high-trust, high-velocity environment with direct access to top management.

What You Do

• Act as the CTO's strategic sparring partner and drive clear decisions.
• Create decision papers and board-ready narratives with options, business case, risks, KPIs, and timelines.
• Run executive routines end-to-end including briefs, prep, minutes, decision logs, and follow-through.
• Deliver CTO special projects such as AI pilots, platform upgrades, vendor reviews, and cost-to-value work.
• Align board offices, CxOs, product and engineering leads, and leading technology partners on roadmaps and commitments.
• Operate the CTO office with prioritization, issue tracking, risk escalation, and a tight communications cadence.

What You Bring

• Higher education degree in information systems, industrial engineering, IT, business administration or similar.
• Profound understanding of business and IT.
• Methodical and conceptual skills (e.g., moderation, presentation, problem solving as well as project, process, and change management).
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
• Willingness to take on project and leadership responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
