Als Vorstandsassistent des Chief Technology & Transformation Officer (Region 1: DACH, CEE, verschiedene globale Kunden) (m/w/d) unterstützt Du das Vorstandsmitglied ("CIO des Jahres 2021", "European Digital Leader of the Year 2022") mit Deiner Expertise und Deinen Fähigkeiten in der Lösung komplexer strategischer Fragestellungen. Du sorgst zusammen mit dem Sekretariat dafür, dass das operative und inhaltliche Tagesgeschäft im Vorstandsbüro rund läuft und die Interessen des CTO gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern angemessen vertreten werden.

Dabei hast Du jeden Tag die Gelegenheit an spannenden, abwechslungsreichen und herausfordernden Aufgaben und Projekten mitzuarbeiten. Hierdurch erhältst Du einen tiefen Einblick in strategische Fragestellungen und hast direkten Kontakt mit dem Top-Management der Allianz. Durch Dein professionelles Auftreten und Deine kommunikative Art fungierst Du als Schnittstelle des Vorstandsbüros in die Organisation hinein und als Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns als Vorstandsassistent / Executive Assistant to CTO (m/w/d)

  • Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher strategischer Problemstellungen als Sparringspartner des Vorstandsmitglieds
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen
  • Mitarbeit in anspruchsvollen Projekten
  • Kommunikation mit wichtigen Stakeholdern (z.B. andere Vorstandsbüros, oberes Management, Kolleg:innen aller Ebenen)
  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben

Das bringst Du mit als Vorstandsassistent / Executive Assistant to CTO (m/w/d)

  • Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandten Studiengängen, vorzugsweise mit IT-Bezug
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche und IT-Kenntnisse
  • Methodische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten (u.a. Moderations-, Präsentations- und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Projekt-, Prozess- und Change-Management)
  • Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft Projekt- und Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
