We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Retail Media Specialist to lead and optimize our brand's presence on various e-commerce platforms, focusing on international advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Advertising Strategy: You will develop and implement impactful international advertising campaigns across designated e-commerce platforms and other relevant channels. These campaigns will be tailored to specific markets and target audiences, maximizing reach and impact.
  • Campaign Optimization: You will continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to bids, targeting, creatives, and budgets to optimize important metrics such as ROAS, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Your deep understanding of performance marketing principles will be essential as you drive sales growth and achieve ambitious ROI targets. Staying informed on the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce advertising and performance marketing is crucial.
  • Budget Management: You will manage advertising budgets effectively, strategically allocating resources to maximize campaign efficiency and return on investment.
  • Reporting & Analysis: You will generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights that will guide strategic decision-making.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Through in-depth keyword research, you will identify high-value search terms and optimize both product listings and advertising campaigns to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Product Launch Strategy: You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute successful product launch strategies on designated e-commerce platforms, utilizing a range of advertising and promotional tools to drive early traction.
  • Competitor Analysis: You will keep a close eye on competitor activities, analyze their strategies, and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand and gain a competitive advantage in the market.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: You have 2+ years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and running successful advertising campaigns across multiple channels. Experience with international advertising campaigns and a demonstrated track record of achieving strong ROAS/ACOS is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: You possess a deep understanding of e-commerce advertising platforms and bidding strategies. You are proficient in analytics tools and are familiar with other relevant eCommerce analytics platforms.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
  • Performance Marketing Mindset: You have a proven understanding of performance marketing principles and experience optimizing campaigns to achieve specific ROI goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
