Als
Logistics Team Lead (m/w/d)
übernimmst Du die eigenständige Leitung und Umsetzung logistischer Projekte – von der strategischen Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Du führst Dein Team mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Verantwortung, stellst die Einhaltung technischer Standards sowie gesetzlicher Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben sicher und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Disziplinarische Leitung des Logistikteams mit Fokus auf Kundenservice und Effizienz
  • Strukturierung und Koordination der Aufgaben im Team
  • Teamentwicklung
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung logistischer Prozesse
  • Ansprechpartner für Transport- und Zahlungsabwicklung
  • Monitoring von Transportverträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit Procurement
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Logistikdienstleistern inkl. Kostenoptimierung und Frachtratenverhandlung
  • Pflege relevanter Kundendaten in CRM- und ERP-Systemen
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Logistik-KPIs, Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei zollrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Exportdokumentation
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Service, Supply Chain, Lager, Quality Control und Demand Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Standorten (z. B. Ohly US)
  • Versandabwicklung und Rechnungserstellung
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen für den Supply Chain Manager EU

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Speditionskaufmann/-frau) und/oder Studium im Bereich Logistik
  • Weiterbildung oder Erfahrung als Zollbeauftragter (m/w/d) von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 6–8 Jahre Erfahrung in der operativen Versandabwicklung eines produzierenden Unternehmens mit Exportfokus
  • Branchenkenntnisse in Food Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals oder Pharma wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Versandabwicklung, Zollrecht und LC (Letter of Credit)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics D365)
  • Führungskompetenz, Teamförderung und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Vorbildfunktion gemäß Führungsleitlinien ("Leading by Example")
