Vielfältige Aufgaben
As our new Team Lead Consenting & Certification Wind Offshore (f/m/d) you will lead the international consenting and certification team with around 15 employees within the Offshore Engineering department, providing disciplinary and professional leadership to the team members, possibly in different jurisdictions. In detail, you will

• Drive the development of the team based on departmental goals and take responsibility for the professional growth of the team
• Develop and implement plans to enhance your team's capabilities and to standardize processes and methods across the project portfolio
• Create and continuously update resource plans for your team, considering current and future offshore projects. Support your team members in their project work and provide troubleshooting when necessary
• Develop your employees according to their individual skills, career plans, and project needs
• Maintain regular communication internally with other team leaders and management and externally with relevant authorities and stakeholders

Überzeugendes Profil

• You have an academic degree in engineering, renewable energies, environmental and spatial planning or a related field. Alternatively, you possess an equivalent qualification gained from substantial professional experience
• Ideally, you possess extensive experience in offshore wind farm certification and consenting, along with a strong network of authorities, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Initial leadership experience is desirable, possibly enhanced by training or further education. You exhibit excellent communication, persuasiveness, and assertiveness in both German and English, at least at C1 level
• You work well independently and as part of a team, handle high work pace efficiently and maintain a broad perspective

Über den Bereich
EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG is a fully integrated energy supplier. We develop and operate various power generation technologies and engage in power trading in our sustainable power generation system.

Offshore wind is a business segment in our power generation division with the aim of expanding our business and creating value for EnBW. As a central business area, we develop and build offshore wind projects in Europe and manage all issues related to this business.

Within the Offshore Wind organizational unit, the T-PE department bundles the engineering and technology know-how of EnBW AG. It is the central point of contact and consultant for technical issues and makes a significant contribution to the successful acquisition, development and implementation of offshore wind projects in Europe.

Within the Logistics, Execution and Certification department of Offshore Engineering, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead (f/m/d) for the Consenting & Certification team.

The position reports to the Head of Logistics, Execution and Certification.
