Location: Hamburg/Hof/Magdeburg (preferred Hamburg)

Scope of Responsibilities:

Main task – acquiring new clients and further developing business relationships in the areas of road transport and sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, rail freight.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the team;
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients;
  • Analyzing customer needs and preparing tailored offers;
  • Leading commercial negotiations;
  • Preparing transport service quotations;
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients;
  • Collaborating with the tender department in preparing offers;
  • Maintaining regular communication with the operations team;
  • Actively participating in industry events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in road and sea freight (FCL/LCL); experience in air, rail, or intermodal transport sales will be a strong advantage;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently;
  • Client-focused with solid negotiation abilities;
  • Persistence and determination in achieving goals.
