Your mission
Spherity GmbH is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and create relationships with the relevant people at our targets. This role is instrumental in driving growth and market presence for our innovative products, Digital Product Passport, and Verifiable Credentials (European Business Wallet EUBW, KYC, KYS) in our defined market segments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales initiatives to identify potential clients, aligned with ideal
customer profiles, buying personas and generate qualified pipeline for our solutions. - Qualifying leads to ensuring that we focus on the most promising projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM systems to accurately document sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to continuously optimize sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Implement and improve process automation to optimize outbound sales efforts.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, targeting diverse audience groups.
Your profile
- Experience: Proven experience and track record in B2B sales with a minimum of 2 years, preferably in tech-driven software industries.
- Skills:
- Ideally, you have experience of working in a B2B SDR/BD role in a software
environment for at least 2 years with strong achievements - High level of self-motivation and relentless focus on achieving targets.
- Can-do attitude in an agile international team.
- Exhibit active listening skills, communicate confidently and purposefully, and
act proactively, with experience in solution-based sales. - Ability to interact with various stakeholders and decipher complex
structures. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience with social selling tools and a creative, open-minded
approach to exploring new communication channels. - Proficiency in using HubSpot and other outbound sales tools.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ideally, you have experience of working in a B2B SDR/BD role in a software
- Language: Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
- Location: Remote, based in Germany is a plus.
