Wir sind eine große lebendige Allgemeinmedizinpraxis im Zentrum Heidelbergs. Wir erweitern unsere Räumlichkeiten und suchen Sie zur Unterstützung und Verbesserung unserer Praxisabläufe In Teilzeit 50%.

Aufgaben

- eigenständige Patientenbetreuung

(Verantwortung und Aufbau des DAK/TK Hypertonieprogramms , Durchführung von Doppler Untersuchungen, Ergometrien, ggf Betreuung DMP - Programm, Pracman)

-Entwicklung und Umsetzung digitaler Konzepte und Prozess-Verbesserungen

- Ansprechpartner/in für das Team und Ärzte

- Patientenbetreuung am Empfang und Telefon, ggf. Blutentnahmen etc.

Qualifikation

-Abgeschlossenes Studium als Physician Assistent oder Primary Care Manager

- Digitale Affinität

-Begeisterungsfähigkeit und starke Identifikation mit der Praxis

- Teamplayer

- Freundlicher Umgang mit den Patienten
