Wir suchen eine*n Logistics Analyst (m/w/d) für unser Team in Hamburg, befristet für 12 Monate.

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser Team im Rahmen eines SAP-Backfill-Projekts und bringst deine Expertise in ein dynamisches, internationales Umfeld ein. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Bestandsmanagement bei Drittlogistikdienstleistern (3PL) und spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Analyse, Überwachung und Optimierung unserer Logistikprozesse.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verwaltung von 3PL-Beständen für Fertigwaren und Verpackungsmaterialien inkl. Buchungen
  • Überwachung, Analyse und Optimierung von Logistikprozessen; Erstellung von KPI-Reports
  • Planung und Koordination von Co-Packing-Aktivitäten
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Logistikprojekten und Ausschreibungen
  • Kontrolle von Fracht- und Lagerrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei jährlichen Inventuren und Bestandsabgleichen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung operativer Logistikprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
