People Development Specialist (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Einrichtung und Steuerung des Personalentwicklungsprozesses
  • Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei individuellen Entwicklungsplänen
  • Durchführung von Evaluierungen und Wirkungsanalysen der Maßnahmen
  • Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse und Pflege der Personalmanagementsysteme
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Bearbeitung weiterer HR-Aufgaben nach Weisung des Vorgesetzten

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen und Office 365
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
