Pension & Investment Management (CF F PEN) holds the central financial responsibility for global, end-to-end pension management across the Siemens Group, contributing to the company's strong financial profile. Join our Processes & Innovation team (CF F PEN PI) and help us optimize and digitalize pension processes through continuous innovation and in close collaboration with our pension teams.

Our projects span a wide range – from data capture and workflow automation to dashboard-based data visualization, advanced analytics, enhancement of proprietary systems, application of Artificial Intelligence and the development of web applications.

This will be your impact:

• Translate complex customer requirements into strategic solutions by analyzing and optimizing business processes with a focus on standardization, digitalization and automation.
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced digital solutions regardless of technology and drive the ongoing enhancement of existing applications in close collaboration with international Pension teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by deepening your financial expertise and proactively exploring and adopting new tools and technologies.
• Take ownership of agile project delivery, assuming leadership roles within cross-functional teams and promoting the effective application of agile methods and best practices.
• Actively shape the digitalization strategy by staying up to date with the latest technical developments, engaging in regular exchanges with peers and other digitalization teams and evaluate their relevance and impact for Pension.
• Coordinate training opportunities and lead the technical enablement of colleagues through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices.

This is how you'll win us over:

• Education: Master´s degree or an equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Mathematics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or IT

• Experience & Skills:

• Several years of professional experience in areas such as Consulting, Corporate Finance, Actuarial Science, Asset Management, Banking, Treasury, IT, or a comparable environment

• Proven experience in managing digitalization projects (especially optimization of processes and implementation of digital solutions) and in working in cross-functional project teams
• Proven track record in leveraging data visualization (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and process automation tools (e.g., KNIME, Alteryx, Power Automate) to design and implement impactful digital solutions

• Additional qualifications in data analysis or artificial intelligence, as well as Python, are highly welcome

• Ways of working:

• Growth mindset with strong willingness to deepen financial expertise and independently explore and adopt new tools and technologies
• Customer-focused and collaborative working style

• Effective communication in cross-functional teams and ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
