Working Student: Digitalization in R&d

In your new role you will:

- **Take responsibility**:You support the understanding of a complex process and tool landscape along the entire Research & Development (R&D) value chain
- **Focus on the future**:You assist in user-centered development and roll-out of a new tool, ensuring a comprehensive overview of digitalization activities within the R&D
- **Experience project management**:You drive project management of certain digitalization activities, e.g. requirement collection and stakeholder communication
- **Stakeholder Management**:You interact directly with stakeholders, e.g., R&D Engineers, understand what their activities are about, and verify the project (meta) data
- **Teamwork is dreamwork**:You support the team with additional tasks, e.g., meeting administration, or drafting presentations

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**: You are currently studying business administration, information technology, electrical engineering or similar
- **Experience**:You already gained some relevant work experience, preferably in communication, change, digitalization, project, or process management (having some previous knowledge of semiconductor products is a plus)
- **Way of working**:You are self-driven and comfortable with a high degree of freedom while executing tasks and show a creative mindset thinking out of the box
- **Skills**:You possess very good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, JIRA & Confluence skills as well as communication skills
- **Language skills**:You have a good command of English, German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
