Das Team Program Development Award ist für die Weiterentwicklung des Miles & More Programms verantwortlich. Im Rahmen dieser Weiterentwicklung werden auch Spielmechaniken ("Gamification") entwickelt und eingesetzt, um die Programmaktivität der Teilnehmer:innen zu steigern.

Aufgaben
Sie unterstützen uns in Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktes "MyChallenge" in der Miles & More App, u.a. bei:

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Konzeption von neuen Challenges inkl. Potentialschätzung und Budgetoptimierung
  • Steuerung der beteiligten Fachbereiche (insb. IT, Analytics, Marketing und Key Account Management) bei der Umsetzung
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen sowie Ableitung von Erkenntnissen auf Basis von Monitoring- und Reporting-Daten

Voraussetzungen

  • Immatrikulation über den gesamten Zeitraum des Praktikums oder sie befinden sich während des Praktikums zwischen dem Bachelor- und Masterstudium (Gap Year)
  • Sie bringen Interesse an digitalen Produkten mit und möchten Einblicke rund um Produktentwicklung, Nutzerzentrierung und strategisches Produktmanagement gewinnen
  • Kundenorientierung, Innovationsfreude und ein gutes Gespür für Nutzerbedürfnisse zeichnen Sie aus
  • Analytisches Denken, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise gehören zu Ihren Stärken
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit digitalen Tools, Datenanalysen oder agilen Methoden sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
