The role

Own field marketing and customer storytelling for Userlane. Build pipeline through targeted events with organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services where software adoption is mission-critical. You'll set the event strategy, run events, and turn customer success into video case studies and social content that drives brand reach and pipeline.

Your mission

  • Build and execute the customer and field marketing strategy at Userlane.
  • Build customer advocacy, community, and communications.
  • Manage external vendors (e.g., creative and suppliers)
  • Run weekly events - both booths at third-party conferences and small hosted events (breakfasts, dinners, partner events).
  • Create video case studies and transform customer stories into LinkedIn content that sales teams share and prospects engage with.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders for webinars, product launches, and events.
  • Track event performance and double down on what drives pipeline.

Your profile

  • 5-8 years in field marketing or events for B2B software companies.
  • You've run dozens of targeted events that generated qualified leads.
  • You've produced video case studies that Sales actually uses.
  • You know how to turn customer success into LinkedIn content that expands reach.
  • You've built customer advocacy or community programs.
  • You've worked with enterprise buyers in healthcare, manufacturing, or financial services.
  • You effectively manage vendors and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • You use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
