Solutions Consultant
to support our vibrant, growing Sales DACH team.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our enterprise customers to deeply understand their goals, challenges, and success measures. You will translate these insights into impactful solutions and clear value propositions, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure every engagement drives tangible outcomes for the customer. You will combine technical expertise with empathy, communication, and solution design skills to guide customers confidently through the pre-sales process and solution definition.

This position reports to our Head of Customer Solutions and is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead technical pre-sales and discovery sessions with enterprise customers, ensuring their priorities and success criteria are understood and reflected in our proposed solutions .
• Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that address each customer's unique context and objectives.
• Prepare RFP responses and collaborate with Sales to deliver clear, customer-aligned proposals, ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-up at every stage.
• Take full ownership of the solution design process during pre-sales, guiding customers through each step with transparency, responsiveness, and respect.
• Provide strategic and technical insights to customers, showing how Parcel Perform's solutions can enable their business outcomes.
• Partner with our global team to share customer insights and advocate for enhancements that improve the customer experience and solution value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, building long-term relationships grounded in trust, reliability, and mutual success.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in engineering/solutions architecture, pre-sales, or business analysis roles, with a demonstrated interest in technical pre-sales that combines customer-facing, commercial, and technical skills.
• Prior relevant experience working with SaaS platforms within the ecommerce/logistics industry will be highly valued.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, strong technical understanding, and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
• Native-level proficiency in German and outstanding fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively in an international work environment.
