Senior/Team Lead Wind Developer (m/w/d) – Hamburg (Hybrid) - Gehalt: bis zu € (je nach Erfahrung)

Ich arbeite derzeit mit einem führenden Entwickler für erneuerbare Energien mit Sitz in Hamburg zusammen, der Teil eines etablierten deutschen Energiekonzerns mit starkem kommunalem Hintergrund und langjähriger Erfahrung im Energiesektor ist.

Zur Verstärkung ihres Teams suchen sie einen Projektentwickler – jemanden, der strukturiert, praxisorientiert und teamfähig ist und innerhalb des Unternehmens wirklich etwas bewegen möchte.

Aufgaben:

  • Management und Entwicklung von Windprojekten von der Standortakquise über die Genehmigungserteilung bis hin zur Baureife.
  • Durchführung von Standortbewertungen, Machbarkeitsstudien und Projektbewertungen.
  • Verhandlungen mit Grundstückseigentümern, Behörden und kommunalen Partnern.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Stadtwerken und regionalen Interessengruppen bei gemeinsamen Projekten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Projektstandorte und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Was wir suchen:

  • Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Umweltwissenschaften, erneuerbaren Energien oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung, insbesondere im Bereich Windenergie.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Planungs- und Genehmigungsrechts.
  • Flüssiges Deutsch; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Teamorientierter, strukturierter und praxisorientierter Arbeitsstil.
