Our
Procurement Operations & Data Management team
is responsible for managing article master data as well as overseeing processes and goods receipt. This ensures that products are quickly and seamlessly available online.

As a
Junior Supplier Data Manager (m/f/d)
, you will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and our warehouse. Your main task will be to manage article master data from order placement to final registration in the warehouse. Additionally, you will resolve goods receipt issues and contribute to the optimization of our processes through your structured approach.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the suppliers assigned to you
  • Maintaining and managing orders, supplier, and article master data
  • Close collaboration with procurement, suppliers, and the warehouse
  • Reviewing order confirmations
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and initiating appropriate measures
  • Supporting the optimization and structuring of workflows
  • Providing service and assistance to suppliers
  • Resolving delivery discrepancies

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship, e.g., as an office administrator, e-commerce specialist, wholesale and retail merchant, or industrial clerk
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Initial experience with an ERP system is an advantage
  • Pragmatism, flexibility, and a solution-oriented work approach
  • High motivation as well as a quick, accurate, and reliable working style
