We are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) who is eager to take on responsibility and help us take customer satisfaction to the next level.
- Order management in SAP: Ensuring, processing, and managing incoming customer orders
- Quality check: Monitoring delivery dates, article numbers, EANs, and minimum quantities in close coordination with our customers
- Proactive communication: Supporting during supply shortages and new product launches
- Complaint handling: Checking quantity and price discrepancies and processing them in SAP
- Data maintenance: Entering reimbursements and handling customer inquiries
- Process optimization: Contributing to improvements with KPIs in mind
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with internal departments and active development of customer relationships
- Currently studying business, logistics, supply chain, or a comparable field
- Interest in processes, data, and customer communication
- Confident use of MS Office; initial SAP knowledge is a plus
- Initiative, organizational skills, and team spirit
- Fluent in German and English
