As a Business Development Manager - Analytics & Process Excellence at Westwing, you will establish processes from scratch, lead cross-functional strategic projects and derive initiatives from data analysis. This high-impact role offers a steep development path, where you will take on responsibility from day one. You will work closely with senior management and a highly talented, dynamic and diverse team. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive strategic cross-functional projects, owning planning, execution, and measurable results end to endDeliver business-critical insights through advanced, complex data analysis, bringing proven, hands-on analytical experience to solve ambiguous problems and guide strategic decisionsTransform how we operate by designing tools, automating processes, and reinventing core workflows to unlock efficiency and scalabilityKeep Westwing relevant by analysing market trends, competitive movements, and customer behaviour to identify the most meaningful growth opportunities for our areaInfluence at every level by partnering with stakeholders across departments, business models, and countries, ensuring that insights land with clarity and drive real impact

YOU COME WITH

4+ years of professional working experience with a proven track record, preferably from a top consulting or strategy/business development department of an eCommerce companyVery strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, analyse, and interpret large amounts of data, combined with a pragmatic, "hands-on" attitude and a focus on resultsProven project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented and collaborative approach, with a passion for making an impactExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in written and spoken English
