The company operates its own wafer fabs and has subsidiaries across the globe, including the newly established office in Munich.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, can-do Senior Business Development Manager to join our Munich office. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across Europe, especially in Central, Eastern, and Southeastern regions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Nuvoton in Europe in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.While the role involves frequent travel, your base will be our Munich office, where close collaboration with the local team is essential. Please note that this is anon-site position; remote or home office work is not planned at this stage.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in embedded systems across the target regionsVisit and engage with potential customers (>50% travel)Support the European market development strategyCollaborate closely with a small, agile team in MunichRepresent Nuvoton at industry events and customer meetingsYour ProfileEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field (Marketing backgrounds also welcome)Experience:Basic understanding of embedded systemsProven track record in embedded system sales is a strong plusLanguages:Fluent in German and EnglishAny Eastern European language is a strong advantageMindset:Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-onComfortable in a startup-like environmentWillingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities
