Wir bauen die erste Agentic Automation Plattform, die den Software-Entwicklungsprozess von Grund auf neu denkt. Unsere Vision: Die neue Schaltzentrale für digitale Produktentwicklung sein, auf der KI-Agenten und Menschen Seite an Seite arbeiten, um Ideen in Rekordzeit in reale Produkte zu verwandeln.

Aufgaben

Im Bereich Growth & Sales unterstützt du unser Business Development-Team aktiv beim Ausbau unserer Sales-Pipeline und bei der Positionierung am Markt:

  • Lead-Recherche & -Qualifizierung
  • Outreach-Kampagnen via E-Mail, LinkedIn und Cold Calling
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Demos
  • Mitarbeit an Go-To-Market-Strategien in DACH & international
  • Aufbau und Pflege unseres CRM-Systems
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Gründern, Mentoren und unserem Tech-Team
Qualifikation
  • Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Kommunikation, Informatik, oder etwas Vergleichbares
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch & Englisch und arbeitest strukturiert sowie eigeninitiativ
  • Interesse an KI, Automatisierung oder Startups – gerne auch mit technischem Grundverständnis
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Neues zu testen, zu messen und iterativ besser zu machen
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Marketing oder Growth Hacking mit – idealerweise im B2B- oder SaaS-Umfeld (optional)
