Join our team to take an active role in helping companies to decarbonize effectively and work in a fast-growing environment. Your main objective is to scale Tanso while running smoothly at the same time.

As our Founder's Associate Intern, you help us scale Tanso and establish a strong foundation, together with our Chief of Staff (Cedric) and CEO (Till). Your focus will be on building up key partnerships and business development initiatives while managing your own projects.

How you succeed

*Drive Strategic Growth with the Leadership Team*
Work closely with our CEO and Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives shaping Tanso's growth. Contribute to key management priorities ensuring Tanso scales efficiently and sustainably.

*Build Strategic Partnerships for Expansion*
Identify and nurture high-leverage partnerships that drive growth and expand our market presence. Support the management team in evaluating and executing business opportunities that align with Tanso's long-term strategy.

*Strengthen Our Operating Foundations*
Collaborate with the management team to refine structures, processes, and tools that enable scalable operations. Lead implementation of key systems to keep Tanso running smoothly as we grow.

*Own Strategic Projects and Deliver Impact*
Take ownership of strategic and operational projects from ideation to execution. Drive cross-functional initiatives and translate leadership vision into measurable outcomes.

*Shape the Future of Tanso*

Hard Requirements

• You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
• You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
• You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
• You must speak German at level C2.
