Während Steuerkanzleien händeringend nach Fachkräften suchen, liefern wir die Lösung: Digitale Buchhaltung auf Autopilot.
Unsere AI-AssistentInnen erledigen die Buchhaltung, Routinearbeiten und Mandantenkommunikation – und erweitern so die Kapazitäten der Kanzleien.

Jetzt suchen wir dich als Founder Associate Growth (m/w/d) – mit echtem Sales-Fokus und der Chance, live mitzuerleben, wie ein High-Performance-Sales-Team entsteht.

Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet

  • Operativer Vertrieb: du unterstützt im gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Lead-Recherche bis zur Vorbereitung von Abschlüssen
  • Research & Outreach: du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden (Steuerkanzleien) und trittst mit ihnen in Kontakt
  • CRM & Follow-ups: du pflegst unsere Sales-Daten in Pipedrive und sorgst dafür, dass kein Lead liegenbleibt
  • Sales Execution: du begleitest Termine, erstellst Follow-ups und hältst die Kommunikation am Laufen
  • AI-driven Sales: du arbeitest mit Tools wie GPT, Loom und Pipedrive – kein Altlasten-Vertrieb, sondern moderner Workflow mit KI.
  • Team-Building hautnah: du erlebst live mit, wie ein Sales High-Performance-Team von Grund auf aufgebaut wird
Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Steuern o. ä.)
  • Interesse an Vertrieb, Kommunikation und wirtschaftlichen Prozessen
  • Du bist kommunikativ, zuverlässig und denkst mit – kein Skript-Vertrieb, sondern echtes Verständnis
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust auf messbare Ergebnisse
  • Nice-to-have: erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (Pipedrive) oder KI-Tools
  • Bonus: Grundverständnis von Buchhaltung oder steuerlichen Abläufen
