Software Project Manager (m/w/d)
.

Das Unternehmen entwickelt komplexe Software- und Systemlösungen für
industrielle, wissenschaftliche und medizinische Anwendungen
. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Softwareprojekte über den gesamten Entwicklungs- und Produktlebenszyklus hinweg.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams (u. a. Entwicklung, Integration, Verifizierung)
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von
    Softwareprojekten
    in klassischen und agilen Vorgehensmodellen
  • Mitgestaltung neuer
    Softwareplattformen
    sowie softwarebasierter Geschäftsmodelle
  • Verantwortung für den kompletten Entwicklungszyklus – von der Konzeptphase bis zum Life-Cycle-Management
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer Entwicklungspartner im In- und Ausland
  • Erstellung und Pflege von
    Roadmaps
    in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Program Management
  • Projektcontrolling und Reporting in Abstimmung mit Finance und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Sicherstellung der
    Compliance
    in regulierten Umfeldern (z. B. Medizinprodukte, IVD, GAMP5)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Quality, Service und Applikationsteams

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes
    technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der
    Applikations- bzw. Anwendungssoftware
    , z. B. als
  • Softwareentwickler, Softwarearchitekt oder Lead Engineer
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in
    Hochsprachen
    wie
    .NET / C#
  • Erste Erfahrung in der
    Software-Projektleitung
    oder der klare Wunsch, den nächsten Karriereschritt in Richtung Projektverantwortung zu gehen
  • Sehr gute
    Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
