Your mission

As an assistant to the management, you are an all-rounder and support the management in the organization and coordination of tasks and appointments. You will help to increase efficiency and productivity in the company by providing information and taking on administrative tasks.

Your key topics
  • Accounts receivable accounting:
    • Creation of accounts receivable invoices in SAP
    • Processing payment transactions and supporting the dunning process
  • Accounts payable:
    • Entry and posting of accounts payable invoices in SAP
    • Support in the processing of account statements  
  • Reconciliation of Excel tables
  • Participation in the further development of current processes and the introduction of new processes
  • Office management and support for management in general administrative and organizational activities 
  • Master data maintenance in SAP and documentation
  • Support for controlling


Your profile
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship 
  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Fluency in German
  • Ideally knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Accuracy and structure
