Aufgaben
Als Customer Relation führst du den Salesbereich und dein Team. Verantwortlich für Recruiting, Einarbeitung und Training neuer Teammitglieder.
Mit klarer Führung förderst du die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams.
Du koordinierst und Steuerst den Sales-Bereichs sowie das Reporting der relevanten KPIs.
Du hast 4-8 direct Reports und weitere functional Reports.
Qualifikation
Du bringst Interesse an Gesundheit, Fitness und Community mit, arbeitest klar und verantwortungsbewusst – und willst dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln.
Du verfügst idealerweise über Berufserfahrung im Direktvertrieb.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von CRM-Strategien.
Du kannst nachweisbare Erfolge im lösungsorientierten Vertrieb vorweisen.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Kaltakquise am Telefon (Cold Calling).
Du verfügst über Kommunikationsstärke, Kontaktfreudigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Belastbarkeit.
