STRATEGIC MARKETING EXPERTE (W/M/D) BEFRISTET BIS

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützen Sie die globalen Geschäftsbereiche von Freudenberg Filtration Technologies durch präzise strategische Analysen, die Klarheit schaffen und Entscheidungsprozesse erleichtern
  • Sie begleiten Business Units bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung zukunftsorientierter Geschäftsstrategien
  • Im Rahmen des strategischen Planungsprozesses übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Implementierung und das Monitoring
  • Sie führen Marktanalysen und Explorationsstudien durch und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Sie tragen dazu bei, Wettbewerbsvorteile zu sichern, auszubauen oder neu zu erschließen
  • Die Leitung ausgewählter Initiativen und Sonderprojekte – etwa im Bereich M&A oder Neugeschäftsentwicklung – liegt in Ihrer Hand
  • Mit Ihrem Know-how unterstützen Sie die Optimierung von Vertriebsstrategien in den Business Units
  • Vertriebsdaten analysieren Sie eigenständig, bereiten Ergebnisse professionell auf und leiten daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft (BWL), Marketing oder Volkswirtschaft (VWL) mit Fokus auf Vertriebsstrategie, Datenanalyse und Statistik; Kenntnisse im Filtrationsgeschäft sind ein Plus
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Strategieberatung sowie in der Marktforschung mit – und haben Ihre Konzepte bereits erfolgreich umgesetzt
  • Projektmanagement, Datenanalyse und der Einsatz von KI-Technologien gehören zu Ihren Stärken
  • Strategische Analysen, Marktsegmentierung und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung beherrschen Sie souverän
  • Der Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, SAP SD, MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint), BOARD und Copilot ist Ihnen vertraut
  • Sie denken unternehmerisch, handeln analytisch und behalten dabei stets den Kundenfokus im Blick
  • Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind fließend (beides C1)
