• Reparaturen oder Absprachen von Terminen mit Technikern, Einweisung sowie Begleitung von Technikern
• Optimierung der Funktions- und Betriebsfähigkeit der Laborgeräte, des Gebäudes, technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen
• Einhaltung der regulatorischen Vorgaben sowie Erstellung von Qualitätsdokumenten
• Durchführung von Arbeiten im Rahmen der Gerätequalifizierungen und Computervalidierungen
• Sicherheits- und gesundheitsbewusstes Arbeiten 
• Ansprechpartner für Gebäude-Themen (wie z. B. Gebäudereinigung, Raumausstattung, Außenanlagen...)
• Dokumentation aller Vorgänge und Erstellung technischer Objektberichte
• Koordination und Kontrolle der Auswahl, Beauftragung und Betreuung von externen Dienstleistern im Arbeitsgebiet, inklusive der Abnahme von durchgeführten Maßnahmen
• Absprache mit dem dem/ der Sicherheitsbeauftragten bzw. dem Quality Assurance Auditor/ Manager (m/w/d) bezüglich der Einhaltung von Sicherheit und Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen
•  

• Basic EDV-Kenntnisse und Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Programmen (Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word)
• Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2 Niveau)
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B1/B2 Niveau)
• Technische Interesse im Bereich Labortechnik und/oder Gebäudetechnik
