What we achieve together
  • In this part-time role, as a Senior Expert (m/f/d), you will support optimization of purchasing processes and tools within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
  • Support exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our purchasing department, including change management for the successful implementation of new processes and systems
  • As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW), you will support on optimizing and transforming the purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4 HANA world
  • Support our employees in purchasing and P2P regarding new processes and tools to maximize their success
  • Create engaging reports and presentations for progress tracking and performance measurement that make our achievements visible

  • Qualification: You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience: You possess several years of experience in purchasing, P2P, and supply chain management, as well as solid experience with purchasing software and tools
  • Expertise: You also have proven experience in project management, including change management and process optimization
  • Skills: You have excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Personality: You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, paired with a passion for collaboration
  • Language Skills: You have business-fluent German and English language skills
