Process & Integration Manager - Business Process Management (m/f/d)

• As a Process & Integration Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and optimization of group-wide process management.
• You will take the lead in analyzing existing processes to uncover improvement opportunities and implement efficient, compliant workflows.
• Leading cross-functional projects will be part of your responsibility, where you assume ownership of entire initiatives or specific project modules.
• In this role, you will facilitate workshops on process design and ensure clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• You will also contribute to the advancement of methods and tools for process optimization while supporting the organization of internal events.
• Finally, you will prepare insights and present results to management and project teams, turning data into actionable strategies.

• Qualification: Master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; ideally a PhD in a relevant field
• Experience: You bring practical experience in process management, project management, or organizational development
• Know-how and skills: You have basic knowledge of process modeling (preferably ARIS), strong analytical and conceptual thinking, and excellent communication skills
• Nice to have: Experience in workshop facilitation and knowledge of Business Process Management
• Personality: You demonstrate quick comprehension, structured working style, willingness to take responsibility, and enthusiasm for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Language skills: Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to travel
