What will you do?
You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: 'Oh, that was easy'
You answer questions by email, chat & phone - don't worry, we'll teach you so that you sound like a pro after week 1.
Jump into social media and reply to customers.
Be the client's eyes and ears: if something's broken or a process is weird, speak up
You'll also help out with translations, making sure everything sounds great in German.
Handle back-office tasks like a boss and hit those deadlines.
What we love about you:
You want to help people. That's more important to us than years of experience
You have excellent German language skills – both written and spoken – and can confidently work with content, including translation or adaptation when needed.
Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.
You can use a Mac without calling IT.

Working hours
We help our customers every day, and Monday-Friday we are available on live chats from 09:00-21:00. This means that your work hours will vary, some days you will work a regular 08:30-16:30 shift and other days you will work 13:00-21:00. You get the best of both worlds, some days you can enjoy a slow morning and others you'll have plenty of time in the evening
