Role Overview

As a Growth Manager (Product-Led Growth), you'll work closely with our Head of PLG, Product, and Marketing teams to drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion across our self-serve product. You'll help design, run, and analyze growth experiments — from optimizing onboarding flows to refining our free-trial funnel and driving product adoption through the Libra Academy.

This is a hands-on, analytical, and creative role for someone who thrives on experimentation, loves working cross-functionally, and wants to learn how to scale a fast-growing B2B SaaS company through product-led growth.



What You'll Do
  • Support the Head of PLG in managing and optimizing the self-checkout funnel — from signup to conversion.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Design to execute growth experiments (A/B tests, onboarding tweaks, landing page optimizations).
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to align campaigns with in-product activation and upsell flows.
  • Help drive product adoption and engagement by coordinating educational content in the Libra Academy.
  • Monitor KPIs across acquisition, activation, and retention — and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to growth playbooks, dashboards, and internal documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on growth tactics, tools, and best practices across SaaS and PLG-driven companies.


What You Have
  • 1–2 years of experience in Growth, Product, Marketing, or Data at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, GA4, or similar).
  • A solid understanding of product funnels, conversion optimization, and user activation.
  • Strong collaboration skills — you're comfortable working across Product, Marketing, and Design.
  • Curiosity about user behavior, experimentation, and growth strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Experience with legal tech, SaaS, or professional services industries is a plus — but not required.
  • Proactive and hands-on mindset — you're excited to test, learn, and move fast.
