Revenue Optimization Manager
to supercharge its platform monetization. You'll be responsible for maximizing yield while maintaining an exceptional user experience across a fast-growing digital product.

What You'll Do

  • Combine multiple data streams and analyze A/B tests to identify high-impact monetization strategies
  • Develop logic for affiliate deal placements based on device, conversion rate, and CPA data
  • Partner with developers to build tools for automated monetization tracking and optimization
  • Drive strategic improvements in user monetization by leveraging data-driven insights

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, platform monetization, or yield optimization (whether via your own product or existing platform)
  • Strong technical understanding of tracking systems, affiliate networks, and performance metrics
  • Exceptional analytical capability—comfortable diving into numbers and driving insight-led decisions
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to test and challenge the status quo
  • Passion for the film & TV space
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
