Die Marketplace Maniacs GmbH mit Sitz in München ist die 360° Full-Service Amazon-Agentur für Premium-Marken. Seit 2018 unterstützen wir führende Brands bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung ihrer Amazon-Strategie. Egal ob auf operativer oder strategischer Ebene, wir helfen Unternehmen dabei, auf Amazon noch erfolgreicher zu werden. Über die Jahre haben wir einen großen Kundenstamm mit Marken & Herstellern wie Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Victorinox, REPLAY, Steiff, Burg-Wächter und vielen weiteren aufgebaut.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Führungsteams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Head of Advertising, die unsere Amazon Advertising-Unit strategisch und operativ leitet und diese zukunftsorientiert weiterentwickelt.

Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle führst du direkt das Advertising-Team und verantwortest die strategische Ausrichtung sowie operative Exzellenz unserer Amazon-Werbeaktivitäten. Du bist dabei zentrale Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung und das Gesicht nach außen für alle Themen rund um Advertising bei unseren Kunden.

  • Führung & Entwicklung: Du leitest das Advertising-Team direkt, förderst individuelle Stärken und baust eine leistungsstarke, motivierende Teamkultur auf.
  • Strategische Verantwortung: Du entwickelst kanalübergreifende Amazon Advertising-Strategien (PPC, DSP, AMC) und setzt neue Standards im datengetriebenen Amazon Marketing.
  • Kundenfokus & Repräsentation: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden im Bereich Advertising – kompetent, präsent und beratend auf Augenhöhe mit Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Prozessgestaltung: Du entwickelst unsere Advertising-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter – mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Effizienz und Innovation.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Du verantwortest die Erstellung und Präsentation von Analysen, Reportings und Forecasts zur Steuerung von Budgets und Performance-Zielen.
  • Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung: Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsleitung und arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Content, Account Management und Data zusammen, um ganzheitliche Marketingstrategien umzusetzen.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle mit direkter Teamverantwortung.
  • Tiefgehende Expertise im Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, AMC) und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung datengetriebener Strategien.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung mit branchenüblichen Amazon Schnittstellen und Tools sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint).
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Begeisterung für ein dynamisches, wachstumsorientiertes Umfeld.
