Für unser Team suchen wir neue Kolleg:innen mit Fokus auf Produktionsthemen. Wir beraten führende internationale Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Branchen im Bereich der Produktion entlang von drei Bereichen: Strategie, Neztwerk-Optimierung und Plant Performance (Roland Berger SOP Framework).

Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen entwickeln wir innovative Lösungen und Geschäftsmodelle bspw. zu Themen wie Industrie 4.0/IIoT & Digital Production, vertikale Integration, Advanced Manufacturing, Footprint Design, "Next Generation Manufacturing", Fabrikplanung, der Leistungssteigerung von Produktionssystemen etc. – immer mit dem Ziel, die Erwartungen unserer Kund:innen zu übertreffen.

So entwerfen unsere globalen Projektteams zukunftsweisende Produktionsstrategien, optimieren ganzheitlich und funktionsübergreifend Material- sowie Produktkosten und helfen unseren Kund:innen dabei, Verbesserungspotenziale und Synergien in der Wertschöpfung zu identifizieren und zu realisieren. Dabei nutzen wir die Chancen der Digitalisierung von Produktions- und angrenzenden Geschäftsprozessen und entwickeln Ablauf- und Aufbauorganisation für unsere Kund:innen kontinuierlich weiter.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Hervorragender Abschluss eines Maschinenbau- oder Elektrotechnikstudiums an einer Universität oder renommierten internationalen technischen Hochschule
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Prozessoptimierung, Produktionsplanung, Lean Manufacturing, Produktions-Netzwerkoptimierung, Industrie 4.0/IIoT/Cloud
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie in einer oder mehreren der folgenden Branchen: Automobilbau, Automobilzuliefererindustrie, Energieanlagenbau, Großmotoren, Turboequipment, Werkzeugmaschine, Metallerzeugung- und Verarbeitung und allgemeiner Maschinenbau
  • Erste Führungserfahrung im Umfeld Produktion und Supply Chain
  • Analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Auslandserfahrung sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
