Production Manager (m/f/d)profine is an owner-managed group of companies that manufactures PVC profiles for windows and front doors, privacy protection systems and PVC sheets worldwide. We are looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) for our branch in Zivinice.

Responsibilities
Your tasks- Planning, implementation and controlling of processes and workflows for quality
- Responsible for compliance of default production parameters and quality specifications in the extrusion and Foiling
- Leadership and coordination of approx. 60 employees, including staff assessment and company manpower planning
- Coordination of qualitative and quantitative shift staffing
- Securing and monitoring of quality specifications
- Analyzing of weakness – introduction and monitoring of correction measures
- Training and coaching of employees for efficiency enhancement in production
- Initiation and supervision of process- and quality improvement projects
- Implementation and sustainable support of formulation trials as well as die- and screw tests
Requirements
Your profile- Technical degree, preferably with a focus on production engineering/management
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable role
- Several years of experience in production management in a plastics processing industry are desirable; preferably extrusion, injection molding is also welcome
- Knowledge of Bosnian on C1 level or higher (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- Independent, systematic workings
