Deine Aufgaben
  • Strategische Programmsteuerung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Programmstrategien für ausgewählte Pharmaunternehmen und Therapiegebiete.
  • Markenführung: Positionierung und Steuerung der betreuten Programme inkl. Kommunikationsstrategie, Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung.
  • Kommunikation & Stakeholder-Management: Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Kommunikation mit internen Teams, externen Partnern und medizinischen Fachkreisen.
  • Key Account Management: Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Beziehungen zu pharmazeutischen Partnern und Akteuren im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Projekt- & Prozessmanagement: Koordination interner Abläufe sowie externer Schnittstellen.
  • Controlling & Performance-Messung: Überwachung von KPIs, Budgetverantwortung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Programmperformance.


Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Gesundheitsökonomie, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbarem Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pharma- oder Healthcare-Sektor, idealerweise in Key Account Management, Brand Management oder Programmleitung.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Stakeholder-Strukturen und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
  •  Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamorientierung.
  • Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität, gute Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen und Systeme ein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
