**Responsibilities**:

- Procurement of energy in close cooperation with Vibracoustic sites and other entities of the Freudenberg Group
- First point of contact for all procurement-related topics of strategic, tactical and operational procurement of energy, with special consideration of increasing the share of renewable energy
- The incumbent will idependently scan the market for new opportunities, while closely monitoring current and future consumption
- Analysis and further development of the commodity group management as well as for the optimization of the procurement processes in cooperation with the Commodity Manager
- Monitor real estate contracts, maintain contracts in contract management system, drive new projects and provide advise to stakeholders on upcoming action items
- Global alignment of facility management services and procurement related processes
- Identification of cost reduction potentials
- Support of global energy efficiency initiatives
- Support of the commodity manager in the definition and implementation of the commodity strategy
- Coordination of the global procurement activities together with the local purchasers

**Qualifications**:

- Completed studies or vocational training with relevant professional experience, ideally with a focus on energy supply
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- Good knowledge of SAP (MM), common MS Office products, energy market and project management
- Very good communication skills, assertiveness and flexibility
- Excellent team player, good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
