For our European HR team located in Ratingen we are looking for a
HR Controlling Specialist (f/m/div) in part-time 20 h/w
Overview
As a member of the European HR team, you will handle personnel cost planning, reporting, and analysis to enable data-driven HR decisions.
- Plan personnel costs and prepare forecasts.
- Enter and maintain relevant data in the TM1 planning tool.
- Conduct regular deviation analyses to monitor personnel costs.
- Act as the main point of contact for all personnel expenses and provide actionable recommendations.
- Take ownership of monthly HR reports.
- Maintain and monitor personnel-related provisions and accruals.
- Assist in year-end closing and external audits.
- Support the manager in various HR Controlling activities.
- Collaborate closely with other teams.
- Work with HRIS tools such as Workday and SAP HCM, and financial systems including SAP FICO.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in HR Controlling or a related area.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
- Experience with TM1 or similar planning tools.
- Good knowledge of SAP modules FICO and HCM.
- Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Solid understanding of Controlling concepts and cost planning.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
