Was du machst
- Du bildest eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Labels und allen internen Abteilungen, die für die Veröffentlichung unserer Produkte zuständig sind und arbeitest eng mit A&R, Project Management Marketing (PMM), Creative Management Marketing (CMM) & Artist/Management zusammen
- Du steuerst den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses gemeinsam mit weiteren internen Schnittstellen von der Anlage über Scheduling bis hin zur Auslieferung bei den DSPs – von A wie Apple Music bis Y wie Youtube
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung relevanter Timelines & Deadlines und sorgst für die Umsetzung von sinnvollen und technisch einwandfreien digitalen sowie physischen Produkt-Set-Ups
- Als Key Contact für A&R, PMM, CMM & Artist/Management berätst du strategisch beim Release Planning
- Deine Kreativität ist bei der Erarbeitung physischer Produktkonfigurationen gefragt ebenso wie deine Expertise bei der Erarbeitung eines D2C Set-Ups
- Du koordinierst selbstständig das physische Produkt Set-Up inkl. aller damit zusammenhängenden Aufgaben
- Du sorgst für eine klare Koordination & Administration von Künstler:innenprojekten in den internen Systemen – sowohl beim On- als auch beim Offboarding
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte chartfähig und GFK-gemeldet sind
- Du pflegst den Release-Plan deines Labels
Wer du bist
- Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Label- & Project Management oder angrenzenden Arbeitsbereichen
- Du kennst die aktuellen Trends der digitalen Welt, von Merchprodukten und im Musik-Streaming
- Mit Microsoft 365 kennst du dich spielend aus
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend
- Du arbeitest genau und gehst auf andere zu. Auf dich kann man sich verlassen.
- Auch bei den komplexesten Abläufen bleibst du cool und behältst den Durchblick
- Als Teil eines Teams fühlst du dich wohl und jeder weiß, dass man dir vertrauen kann
- Du hast erste Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement - & Supply Chain Management Systemen im Musikbranchen Kontext
