At neural frames, we're building a first-of-its-kind interface dedicated to helping musicians and AI artists create stunning music videos. We are obsessed with building the best possible tools for creators.

We've built a product that people love, and now we're looking for our very first Growth Marketer to join our team here in Berlin. This isn't just another marketing job; it's a chance to build our growth engine from the ground up, working directly with the founder to shape the future of our company and the entire AI art scene.

As our founding marketer, you will be the architect of our growth. You'll be down in the trenches, turning insights into action and strategy into results. Your goal is to figure out how we get from where we are today to 10x growth and become the undisputed leader in our field.

• Own the Funnel: Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy covering everything from acquisition and activation to retention.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Dive deep into our product analytics (we use PostHog) to understand user funnels, identify drop-off points, and uncover key opportunities for growth.
• Run & Learn: Design, launch, and analyze controlled experiments (A/B tests) to systematically optimize our conversion rates, pricing, and reduce churn.
• Master SEO: Analyze and scale our SEO strategy to capture organic traffic and position neural frames as the go-to platform for AI music videos.
• Fuel Paid Growth: Manage our paid social media ad spend, coordinating with content and ad creators to run campaigns that deliver a strong ROI.
• Build a Community: Identify, build relationships with, and manage campaigns with influencers and content creators in the music and AI art space.
• Be the Voice of the User: Translate your findings from data and community interactions into actionable insights for our product development.

We're looking for a self-reliant and motivated individual who is excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up.

• Proven Experience: You have a track record of driving user growth in a previous role. Crucially, you can show us something you've built, run, or achieved.
• Analytical Mindset: You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to ask the right questions and find the answers. Hands-on experience with tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics is essential.
• Full-Stack Marketer: You have hands-on experience across multiple growth channels, including SEO, paid social (SEM), content, and influencer marketing.
• A Self-Starter: You have a "get-it-done" attitude. You're willing to learn, ready to grind, and thrive when given the autonomy to take ownership of your work.
• Cultural Fit: You have a genuine interest in music, art, and the creator economy. You understand our "artsy" vibe and can connect authentically with our community.
• Location: You are based in Berlin. While we offer remote flexibility, we believe in-person collaboration is key for this foundational role.
