Your Role at Hostinger
We're looking for a
Growth Strategist, DACH Market,
to join our International Growth team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, directly driving our market share in the DACH. You will be responsible for quickly identifying, testing, and scaling new growth opportunities with a hands-on, performance-driven approach.

This is a unique opportunity to build your legacy at Hostinger. We're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and evolve into a Growth Strategist as we grow in the DACH market.

What You'll Do

• Performance & Growth Initiatives
• Design and execute hands-on, data-driven tests to find scalable growth channels (e.g., podcasts, digital downloads, influencer campaigns) in the DACH market.
• Manage and optimize a dedicated marketing budget for rapid experimentation, ensuring a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and lifetime value (LTV) to customer acquisition cost (CAC) ratio.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform and prioritize new growth initiatives.
• Strategic Collaboration
• Partner with our global Performance, SEO, and Brand teams to align local market insights with our overarching marketing strategy.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on brand messaging and product features to ensure they resonate with the DACH audience.
• Inform the hiring roadmap based on the success of your initiatives and the needs of our growing DACH presence.
• Voice of the DACH Market
• Act as the primary Voice of Country and Voice of Customer, providing critical, on-the-ground intelligence to the wider team.
• Drive customer research to uncover hidden cohorts and untapped opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing with a strong understanding of funnels and a track record of driving measurable growth.
• A deep understanding of the DACH digital landscape, including key channels, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets with a focus on core metrics like ROAS and LTV/CAC.
• A natural hustler with a hunger to identify and execute on opportunities, the humility to learn and adapt, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging analytics and data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.

Compensation

• Gross annual compensation: 84000 to 96000 EUR depending on experience.
